Hybrid Program Overview

Designed to support and enhance the homeschooling experience for families enrolled in The Farm School Satellite Campuses Program, our Hybrid option provides afternoon enrichment activities for students (including field trips and special events), offering a blend of academic and extracurricular opportunities.

Program Details:

12:15 PM - 3:30 PM​

  • Students will be legally considered Satellite students and covered by the The Farm School Satellite Campuses Program

  • Hybrid students attend activities in the later half of the day (extracurriculars) alongside fully-enrolled Solar students

  • Hybrid students can participate in all field trips and special events without additional fees after the initial payment

Tuition Fees:

$500 per semester + $150 for field trips and special events

$1000 per year + $300 for field trips and special events

Kindergarten and First Grade:

  • Sign Language

  • Music Together

  • Theater

  • Maker's Space

Grades 2-5:

  • Maker's Space

  • Japanese

  • Music

  • Theater

Grades 6-12:

  • Maker's Space

  • Japanese

  • Music

  • Theater

Parent Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper enrollment in both Satellite and Hybrid programs

  • Ensure you provide and log 180 days of instruction regardless of days attended at Solar, as required under Tennessee’s compulsory attendance law for minors 6-17 years old (inclusive)

  • Report grades and attendance in the Satellite Parent Dashboard at or before the end of each semester, in adherence with Satellite Program policies
