Greetings Future Farm School Family!
In these challenging times, we ask that families that plan to return to conventional schooling in either public or private schools, please take a moment before proceeding with registration. We do understand that navigating your LEA’s remote learning options is stressful. Staying with your child’s pre-COVID school system affords the child a small sense of continuity and community that homeschooling for a few months will not be able to match. In addition, the school your child will be transferred back to has the right to test for placement and for high school students test for credits.
If you stay with your local system, utilizing the remote learning they are offering, you will spare your child additional stress of having to test for placement and potential loss of credits in high school. Credit recovery in high school can be quite difficult. So we ask that if you plan to return to conventional schooling that you take a pause to reconsider using the remote learning your system is offering. For many children, staying in their school will more than likely be in their best interest.

What is the registration process for the 2020/2021 School Year?
- You will click on the link below to register, you will then complete all the steps to register and at the end choose a payment option. I recommend the PayPal option because then your immediately covered under our umbrella that day unless it is during early enrollment. School year runs from July 1 – June 30 but this only means that your 180 days of schooling starts over July 1. Click here to view fees.
- When you complete the payment or choose money order and submit the form you will receive an email immediately. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder.
- If you are transferring from another school, we will use the information you provide during registration to send out the enrollment confirmation/record request to the previous school.
- You can login to the Parent Dashboard to view your enrollment confirmation, links to how to enter attendance and grades and how to create a Faculty/Student ID card.
- Finally, once you are registered and paid, you enter in attendance and what classes are currently in progress into the Parent Dashboard. We recommend entering attendance monthly and grades at the end of each semester/quarter, whichever you chose to do. TN law mandates a minimum requirement of 180 days of attendance (of at least fours hours of learning per day). For students transferring from public or private school during the school year, days logged at prior school transfer with them and count toward the yearly 180 day requirement, but are not to be entered in the Parent Dashboard.
P.S. If you want to show your school spirit, here is the link to the online store.
