Gabe Koberstein

Gabriel Koberstein, or Gabe, is a longtime resident of The Farm and a Farm School alumnus — where he ran track and field for several years. While he spent many of his adult years working in people management and living on the West Coast in both Oregon and California, he returned to The Farm in 2021, where he began teaching middle and high school science, math and history. In 2022, he was promoted to High School Director while continuing in-class duties. In 2023, he was promoted to Executive Director. His current goals include creating a welcoming, sustainable culture for students and staff and consistently pushing The Farm School to dream big and achieve more.

In his spare time, you can find Gabe repairing and riding bikes or walking his two dogs. He also recently became a certified Red Cross lifeguard.
